Where can I find information on the cost of the rental house in Selangor?
I come to Malaysia next month for the University and this is my first time being here and I need to rent a house / apartment. is someone could tell me line rental there? my uni. is located in Selangor, is that far from Kuala Lumpur? i can rent the house in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor is the best? The rental cost per household depends on what area, for example, you can easily get for min. RM500-600 for a terrace house normal while for a whole flat (condo.) min. 1.2K-2K around Petaling Jaya, Section 14.17, SS2. areas that are near academic institutions most. PJ is about 20 minutes min.15min.-ride away from KL. If around Damansara, Sunway, then Subang more expensive. If around Puchong, Cheras, Ampang – KL areas – apartments and terrace houses can be as cheap as RM400-500 per month. But THN. transportation and lodging may not be as good as the rest of PJ and locations above. I would say that you spend your speech Uni.campus for students / directions and etc. coz. some of them do not provide hostel or HV. students who wanted rent their rooms. Keep an eye on sound for ads on student councils, tiang lampu, telephone booths and bus stops nearby and community councils for those too. Good thing, next to safety, u can even KNW PPL frm ur uni. share learning resources. But as a student, I think you're looking for a room instead of right? Oh, I worked near the area you are studying (SS15 Subang Square Tower) before. It's a bit hard to get you for RM500-700 esp. For the Subang area. master bathroom that includes per can lah. My colleague still pay RM300-400 per room (without bathroom, but includes other electric + water bills). Some others said they were near the airport area, you can get apartments / Houses for RM500-700. But this is not very safe indeed pass the costs on transport. My advice: – get a bathroom + bedroom – If I have a personal space and do laundry for max. RM500. – Close your college – manage to put up $ transport, food court at Nearby, a bit safer.
