running a stop sign in the state of florida in a gated community?
under statute 316 does an officer have the right to ticket you in a gated community where all the stop signs are not uniform and the public does not have access to the roadways. the stop sign i ran was in fact a dot sign but the others at the intersection were in fact wooden. its amazing to me how out of all the wooden signs in the neighborhood he stakes out th one metal one. and then on top of that he was well id hate to type what i thought of the cop that sits in a gated community giving out tickets on a holiday with a very high dui rate
